- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely awful customer service! I would definitely not recommend Betsy to anybody. After 2 months of her screwing up my policy and racking up a hundred dollars in overage fees from my bank I had finally had enough! She kept trying to pull over a hundred out for a policy that was supposed to be $46. This caused a $35 charge because of insufficient funds multiple times! Every time this happened I called to "resolve it" or so I thought... to top it all of I was told the overage fees that occurred were my fault.
